Who We Are

Zeroe Textile Co. Ltd (ZTC) is a female co-founded high style full-service local garment manufacturer and wholesaler in Lira, Northern Uganda offering high quality products and end-to-end support services from design to bulk manufacturing and delivery. It is with this mindset and an interest in modern style that led to creation of ZTC and a brand that embraces culture and is appealing to both African and Western markets. With a market penetration strategy that combines wholesale with mass retailing and brand presence, is positioned to lead with great success. Founded in 2024 and registered in May 2025 with the Uganda Registration Service Bureau, ZTC has a dedicated in-house design and production team with more than 80% being female workers capable of producing 54,027 pieces of broad range of garment categories. We work with over 5,000 clothing businesses all over northern Uganda and across South Sudan.

Our Success reflect our commitment to offer to the market high quality services and products manufactured by Ugandan women for women of Africa and beyond. We specialize in producing female garments in over 5,000 different styles and wholesaling stock clothing to customers within and outside Uganda. We also offer retail services through our online store and onsite outlets integrated with additional products from our key partners. ZTC continues to grow as a reliable partner for small business startups, established boutiques and independent customers seeking high quality, affordable brand solutions in Uganda.

Ms. Daphine Harriet Aloyo

Ms. Daphine Harriet Aloyo

Co-Founder

Brings over 5 years of experience in sourcing, merchandising, and retail operations. Her passion for African style and ethical production drove her to start the business, to develop a model with cost-competitive product and profit. Prior to starting ZTC, she worked with both large retailers in Jordan in Middle East and with small scale suppliers.

At ZTC, she's responsible for strategy, mission, Vision, growth, creative design of its collection, networking and collaboration with stakeholders.

Mr. Opio Daniel

Mr. Opio Daniel

Co-Founder

Daniel's drive to create tangible impact through business led him to co-found ZTC with Daphine in 2024. As a trained financial management consultant with over 15 years of experience in financial and general management , Daniel focuses on process optimization, cost reduction, organizational structuring, general operation and growth strategy.

Prior to ZTC, Daniel's work in financial management for international NGOs, UN, Companies in Rwanda, Uganda and South Sudan gave him a firm belief in the power of job creation for women and youth. He is thrilled to contribute to building a sustainable industry in Uganda, unlocking its potential to become a world-class manufacturing hub in northern Uganda

What We Do

Manufacturing & Distribution

In simple term, we source high quality fabric, design, manufacture, brand, and sell female-based apparel directly to consumers in Uganda, South Sudan, regional and international markets.

Integrated Retail Operations

We operate integrated retail online stores and supply chain management for sustainability.

Green Production Program

We do green production, a recycle program where a 10-15% off on coupon to get used female clothing purchased from ZTC factory to people in need. Recycled clothes will be collected at ZTC store by designated ZTC agents countrywide, sorted them out to suit diverse needs and preferences then sell to people in need.

Community Recycling Initiative

We also collect from female wardrobes and recycle those good quality female clothes manufactured by other companies for either resale or gift them to vulnerable communities in collaboration with humanitarian agencies.

Transparent High-Volume Manufacturing

We provide a transparent service for high volume manufacturing from sampling and product development through to final sale and export.

Here's how we do it step by step.

Creative Consultation

We create a WhatsApp group with our customers, our designer, and sales team to confirm styles, sizes, fabrics, and details, then prepare a clear tech pack for production.

Fabric Preparation

We source high quality fabrics and prepare fabrics based on consultation team's confirmed selections, ensuring quality and suitability for production.

Pattern Making

Our pattern makers verify all provided sizes, create precise patterns, and align embroidery and print placements to guarantee accuracy and flawless production.

Cutting & Design Execution

We cut fabrics with precision, applying embroidery and prints flawlessly to patterns for consistent, high-quality results every time.

Sample Creation

Our sample team crafts with care, sharing process and final photos for full transparency, ensuring your confidence before shipping.

Sample Approval

Review pictures of samples to confirm before bulk production starts.

Mass Production Process

Actual production commences.

Storing and shipping the final product

Our team inspects final products, pack them, code them, store them awaiting dispatches based on approved orders and payments. We ship bulk order to our client's chosen locations. Free delivery is made for customers within a radius of 5Km from our store.
